Lighthouse Electrical has successfully completed several complex building renovation projects while working closely with the owners, consultants, and general contractors to preserve the architectural, and sometimes, historical integrity of the existing structures.

About the project:
Completed in 2009, this 28,000-square-foot facility on East 6th Street received a Gold Rating from the National LEED Program and a 4-star rating from the Austin Energy Green Building Program. This challenging project reused 95 percent of the building waste materials from the existing warehouse structure during the remodel. The project included a complete demolition and reconstruction including all new building utilities.
